To implement humanitarian care, establish a good working environment, and fulfill social responsibility, our company has formulated a social responsibility policy that emphasizes our commitment to complying with the requirements mentioned in the policy regarding labor, health and safety, the environment, management systems, and ethical standards. We will continue to improve working conditions and employee welfare. In addition to our own continuous efforts and practices, we sincerely hope that our suppliers will also attach importance to social responsibility and corporate ethics and work together to achieve the same goals.
I. Labor
1. Prohibition of Child Labor
Out of social responsibility to protect the physical and mental development of children, we do not employ children or child laborers under the legal working age.
2. Prohibition of Forced Labor
We prohibit the use of forced labor or related coercive measures against employees, including corporal punishment, physical or psychological abuse or coercion, threats, or other forms of verbal violence, deductions from wages, or the retention of identification documents, or any other illegal forms of forced labor.
3. Working Hours and Compensation
We ensure that employees' working hours and overtime comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate social responsibility standards. Due to order fluctuations and seasonal changes, appropriate and legal adjustments to overtime hours may be considered, but employees must always be provided with reasonable rest periods and overtime pay.
We commit to ensuring that our compensation policies comply with relevant laws, are no less than the minimum wage standard, and include statutory benefits.
4. Freedom of Association and Communication
Labor-management meetings and employee representatives engage in active and thorough communication; employee representatives are elected by all employees.
5. Non-Discrimination
In matters related to hiring, compensation, training opportunities, promotions, termination, or retirement, there shall be no unfair treatment based on factors such as race, ethnicity, social background, social class, lineage, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political views, age, or other forms of discrimination.
6. Humane Treatment
Employees shall be free from harsh or inhumane treatment, including any form of sexual harassment, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse.

Commit to integrating environmental management with operations to provide high-quality products, services, and high-value customer service experiences.
4. Ethical Standards
1. Integrity in Business Operations
All business interactions must adhere to the highest standards of integrity. Any and all forms of corruption, extortion, and embezzlement are strictly prohibited.
2. No Improper Benefits
All employees are prohibited from providing or accepting any form of improper benefits from business partners.
3. Information Disclosure

5. Fair Trade, Advertising, and Competition
We commit to fair trade and will not engage in market competition through illegal means such as false advertising.
6. Confidentiality Mechanisms

V. Procurement Standards for Non-Conflict Regions
“Conflict metals” refer to gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), palladium (Pd), and tin (Sn) mined from conflict regions controlled by non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The extraction of “conflict minerals” within the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its surrounding countries and regions has caused severe human rights and environmental issues. As a member of the electronics industry supply chain, Jia Zhen should fulfill its corporate social responsibility, guarantee, and commit to not using or purchasing conflict minerals produced in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and other regions, and ensure that all collaborating vendors also do not use conflict minerals.
